My name is Jo and i am a recovering alcoholic, I have been alcohol free for 1 year and 5 months, I once struggled with alcoholism for many years. I lost my job, my family and friends had given up on me, and I hit rock bottom. One day, I decided that I wanted to change my life and asked for help. I checked myself into The AWAITED REHAB CENTRE and began the long road to recovery.
At first, it was difficult for me. I had to deal with the physical withdrawal symptoms and the emotional turmoil that came with giving up alcohol. But with the help of THE AWAITED REHAB CENTRE staff and my fellow patients, I started to make progress.
I learned about the causes of my addiction and how to cope with triggers that would normally make me want to drink. I also began to rebuild relationships with my family and friends, who were supportive of my efforts to stay sober.
My life was not easy, but i never gave up. I knew that recovery was a lifelong process and I was determined to stay sober and make a new life for myself. With hard work and determination, I am able to turn my life around and live a happy, healthy and fulfilled Life.
