The Awaited rehab Center is like a home away from home and the staff are like family. Just 1 call away whenever a need arises. Very supportive and proffessional personel with the required skillset to handle victims of alcohol as well as drugs. It has been a roller coaster journey of 3 years and counting. And every stage is a new learning experience. So many profound lessons in this journey. I will shed some light on just a few.

First and most important that addiction is a disease and with the right approach coupled with the right mindset one can overcome such a condition.

Second that a support system to assist the victim in their fight is essential. And that the support system needs to be hands on. The therapy sessions are of great help.

Third, that replase is part of the recovery journey. It is only a setback and 1 should only draw lessons from it. It is not indicative of failure.

Fourthly, doing recovery to people please will not get you anywhere. You really have to want it for yourself.

And lastly. The drug test kits are very handy for the victim as well as the support system once the addict is no longer in rehab.
